The large barn
was
expertly transformed, in 2002, into two gîtes,'Les Rouges-queues' and 'Les
Chardonnerets'
This is a gîte
for four people. It has been skilfully converted to
a high
standard of workmanship and provides
modern comfort, whilst retaining features of the ancient barn
Ground Floor
The spacious living area, with beamed
ceiling has a comfortable three piece suite, large dining table, chairs and
stools.
The kitchen has modern fitted units, with a
sink,
gas cooker and large refrigerator. There is
a TV set (French) with combined video (English) and a CD/radio/cassette player.
First Floor
All the upstairs rooms feature exposed beams. The
bedrooms and landing are carpeted.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds, a chest of
drawers, clothes hanging space, open shelves, a bedside table and lamp.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, two
chests of drawers, clothes hanging space and table lamps.
|
The bathroom
is tiled, with a shower, WC and wash hand basin.
|
 All
three gîtes are equipped with electric heaters and electric water heating
and bottled gas for cooking. Each gîte
has a designated car park and garden/seating area. Garden furniture
(table, chairs and sun shade) is provided and barbecues and a child's
travel cot and high chair may be borrowed at no extra cost. Each
gîte has its own
collection of books and videos |
